Applications Open for Doris Duke 2023 Physician Scientist Fellowship

The Doris Duke Charitable Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2023 Physician Scientist Fellowship competition. Applications are due January 13, 2023, 3pm ET.

Grants of $220,000 over two years ($100,000 direct cost and $10,000 indirect costs per year) will be awarded to physician scientists (MD, MD/PhD, DO, or foreign equivalent) who are in, or have recently completed, subspecialty fellowship training working at US medical institutions to support two years of mentored clinical research as they transition to faculty.

The foundation does not have funding priorities based on disease area or research type.
