At the 2021 Virtual NF Conference, hosted by the Children’s Tumor Foundation, three members of the NF-OSI from Sage Bionetworks presented posters. Senior Scientist Robert Allaway presented a poster reflecting on the new features and tools available on the NF Data Portal developed in the last three years. Data Curator Brynn Zalmanek, presented on a new collaborative project with the Gilbert Family Foundation to develop a database and web application to explore NF1 mouse models, cell lines, antibodies, and other research tools . Senior Scientist Jineta Banerjee presented two posters – one looking at COVID-19 occurrence in people with NF1 in the National COVID Cohort Collaborative dataset, and the other looking at predictive modeling to identify drugs forĀ malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.
